FINANCIAL services organisation Templeton Emerging Markets has launched its Templeton Vietnam Opportunities Fund on the New York Stock Exchange.

The total amount raised for the fund by underwriters Merrill Lynch, Kidder Peabody and Nomura Securities was about US$120 million.
