Food rabbit meat

THIS is a general warning to chefs throughout the territory - feature rabbit on the menu at your peril. We heard of a customer at one of our tony restaurants who ordered rabbit and asked for it to be served well done. The dish was duly served but promptly returned to the kitchen by the irate diner with this message: 'Tell the chef I didn't order a pet.' Ooops!
