FOUR men were arrested in a raid on a Tsim Sha Tsui trading company in connection with the alleged fraudulent purchase of merchandise. Commercial Crime Bureau officers seized documents from the firm in the Houston Centre which opened about four months ago.

It is believed several shell companies were set up to deprive suppliers of merchandise worth more than $1 million. During the raid, four people arrived with bad cheques written by the company for goods including $1.5 million worth of zips, plastic and toys.
