It might officially be spring but Hong Kong has just experienced an unseasonably cool and dry March. The Observatory said the weather last month was less humid than usual, with mean relative humidity at 71 per cent, 11 per cent lower than average. Rainfall was also 71 per cent lower than normal. The mean temperature was 18 degrees Celsius, 0.9 degrees cooler than usual.
