About 100 animal lovers, and 10 pet dogs, marched to the Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices building, the headquarters of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, yesterday to express anger at the government's policy of putting down stray animals. They want the animals sterilised instead. The protesters tied a white ribbon on the main gate.
