A man dressed as a woman who was caught in a women's toilet in a Kowloon Bay shopping mall last year was fined HK$2,000 yesterday. Cheng Wing-kin, 27, a former Hong Kong University researcher, had pleaded guilty in Kwun Tong Court to behaving in a disorderly manner in a public place. He entered the Telford Plaza toilet on October 10 while it was occupied by three women. A suspicious security guard called police. Magistrate So Wai-tak cited a favourable probation report in fining Cheng.
