Serge Hochar, owner of Chateau Musar in Lebanon, will host a dinner tomorrow at the Ladies Recreation Club. The six-course wine dinner includes grilled lamb cutlet with fresh mint sauce paired with the Chateau Musar white 2003; slow-roasted French duck breast with the Chateau Musar red 1993; while the cheese course will be served with the Chateau Musar red 1981. Pasta dishes are being featured on the menu at The Mistral restaurant in the InterContinental Grand Stanford hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. The dishes, which are available until the end of this month, include red chilli-flavoured hand-made tagliolini with Boston lobster, artichokes and cherry tomatoes; black olive ravioli filled with buffalo mozzarella and basil pesto; hand-made agnolotti filled with pork, veal and mortadella with black truffle sauce and ceps; and home-made pappardelle with wild boar ragout. The menu includes dan dan mien; marinated pork belly slices with mashed garlic; fried crispy chicken with dried red peppers; and steamed sliced pork belly with Chinese herbs in lotus leaf. Cafe Marco at the Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui is featuring Maine lobster on the dinner buffet until the end of the month. Each guest will receive half a lobster thermidor, and enjoy unlimited buffet items such as wok-fried lobster with green pepper and soy sauce; lobster salad Nicoise; lobster bisque with truffle cream; and lobster sushi.
