Three fatal leaps at estates in five hours

Three people jumped to their deaths yesterday in unrelated suicides. A man aged around 60 leapt from Hang Chi House on Cheung Hang Estate, Tsing Yi, at about 9am. Neighbours called police after hearing a loud thud. The second victim, a 20-year-old man, jumped from Mei Tsui House on Wan Tsui Estate, Chai Wan, around an hour later. The third, a woman aged around 70, plunged from Wah King House on Wah Fu Two Estate, Aberdeen, at about 2pm.
