Three men and two women arrested at the airport on Thursday with 6.44kg of Ice, valued at HK$4.7 million, were charged with drug trafficking last night. The gang, aged 26 to 42, tried to use an organised tour group as cover in their attempt to smuggle the party drug from Hong Kong to Sydney. Two of the gang members tried to board a flight, while the other three conspired to supply the pair with spray to confuse sniffer dogs. The five will appear in Tuen Mun Court today.
