HKUST rolls out archive of achievements to mark 20th year

To mark Hong Kong University of Science and Technology's (HKUST) 20th anniversary, a selection of its archives highlighting major events and achievements will be exhibited at the library gallery. The acting president, Professor Wei Shyy, will be at the opening on May 12. Visitors can leave a congratulatory message which will be posted on a message board. The exhibition ends on November 30. Seminar on sourcing

The French Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is organising a symposium on Asia's sourcing sector on May 11 from 8.45am to 5pm in Wan Chai. Sourcing executives are expected to discuss low-cost manufacturing and opportunities in countries outside China such as Bangladesh, Cambodia and Indonesia.

Social responsibility conference

Now in its fifth year, the annual CSR (corporate social responsibility) conference is organised by students of Chinese University's MBA programme.
