Visually impaired frequent traveller Zhu Min filed an official complaint to the Equal Opportunities Commission yesterday after he was initially denied access to a Hong Kong Airlines flight to Shanghai last week. He was only allowed to board using a wheelchair after contacting police, the Hong Kong Blind Union and the Equal Opportunities Commission. A Hong Kong Airlines spokesman said the airline would send a letter of apology to Zhu, saying there might have been 'some misunderstanding in communications'.
