Users of the Urbtix internet or credit card telephone booking systems can now collect their pre-paid tickets at any of the 36 ticket dispensing machines at performance venues across the city. Previously, they could only collect tickets over the counter. Users can also opt for postal delivery of tickets up to seven days before a performance. More information is available on urbtix.hk.
