Mr Justice Colin Mackintosh, a Court of First Instance judge, has died after an illness in Britain. Chief Justice Geoffrey Ma Tao-li said he was saddened to learn of Mackintosh's death at the weekend. He expressed condolences on behalf of all judiciary staff. Mackintosh, born in 1953, joined the judiciary in 1991 as a magistrate and was a District Court judge from 2007 to 2009.
