Mountain Climber

Step 1

On all fours in a push-up position on your hands and toes

Step 2

Drag your right knee forward until it touches your chest, while keeping your foot on the ground at all times.

Step 3

Jump in the air and switch to your other foot, bringing your left knee forward so that it touches your chest. Continue alternating your feet as fast as you can. Try 10 reps at a time.
