This week we test: pink nail polish

There's nothing like pink nails to lift an outfit and signal that summer has truly arrived.

OPI Nail Lacquer Too Hot Pink to Hold 'Em (HK$132/15ml)

The wide brush makes application super speedy - which is a good thing, as you'll need at least two coats for the gorgeous hot pink to show up, and a top coat to avoid chipping after three days.

RMK Nail Color CL06 (HK$120/12ml)

This bright, hot pink is terrific for summer. It gives a very professional look, dries quickly and looks good even after one coat, although with two it looks more, pardon the pun, 'polished'.

Missha The Style Lucid Nail Polish PK04 (HK$48/7.5ml)

This milky pink looks especially great on tanned hands, giving a pearly, elegant look. Also, the small capacity (7.5ml) means you can buy two colours for the price of one!

Paul & Joe nail enamel 011 (HK$110/10ml)

Not especially opaque, but very smooth and easy to apply. It is quite true to colour and dries relatively quickly

Kanebo Coffret D'or Gloss Up Nail Colour - Pure Pink (HK$80/8ml)

This translucent polish gives a chic, glossy dreamy look. The shimmering pink is perfect for the heatwave. It's also chip-resistant, meaning your nails stay pretty for longer.
