Orlando To Delfino, brother of singer-actor Alex To, believes body building is not just a young man's game.

At the ripe age of 53, he recently won the 'best poser' award at this year's Hong Kong Bodybuilding Championships and came in fifth in the under-70kg category.

Given the fact that he was a first-time entrant and the oldest contestant in the category, Delfino signed up for the contest with little hope of winning.

'I want to take my fitness training to the next level. This is really not my territory,' said the celebrity aerobic instructor. 'I haven't been in a gym for the past six years and I only train at my own studio.'

Delfino, who has trained film stars including Chow Yun-fat and Michelle Yeoh Choo Kheng and now teaches aerobics at his studio Rhythmfit in Tin Hau, believes more exercise is required as you get older.

'The older you are, the more exercise you should do or else your muscles will just wither and shrink,' he said. 'Exercise fires up your metabolism and brings nutrients to your bones, your brain and heart.'

Despite not coming first, Delfino still feels like a winner.'I lost [some] fat and now I'm a bit addicted,' he said.
