Sophie's choices : A HIgh flyer but low maintenance

What's in your makeup bag? Revlon Colorstay Makeup in Sand Beige. It's a dry foundation, so no need for powder. I don't like lipstick - my lips don't need colour - so I use a Shu Uemura lip gloss (below) just for shine. I sometimes use eye makeup, Christian Dior mascaras (below) are the best.

Skin-care regime? I wash my face with soap and water, then apply a light cream such as Clarins, or Nivea - even olive oil, which makes your skin more supple. I try to use things that aren't tested on animals but, to be honest, it's not the first thing I look for, but I do use natural products.

Do you exercise? I've always done sports, so I don't worry about my weight. I need to practice a sport to feel good, and stretch to stay flexible. Right now I work out in the gym at home to save time - and because I don't like to be told what to do! I used to swim, and I tried jogging, but that's so boring. I think I lead a healthy life; I don't go to bed too late, and I don't need a lot of care.

Favourite beauty treatments? I don't like facials and massages. Maybe twice a year I'll go to the hairdresser. On a set it's different; everyone takes care of you.

Your everyday style? I like to feel comfortable. I don't have a real style. I can be very classical. I might wear black for two weeks, then orange, black and green all together. I can be feminine, then masculine. I buy what I like even if I have nothing to go with it, and mix it up. The way I dress hasn't changed since I was 12. When I need an evening dress, I like Emanuel Ungaro (below). He loves women. Everything he makes is so well cut.

Beauty secrets? Listen to yourself. Beauty is smiling and feeling good in yourself.
