Sun Hung Kai Properties outbid four developers to win a 273,406 sq ft residential site in Tung Chung for HK$3.77 billion, the Lands Department said. With a maximum gross floor area of 1.37 million sq ft, the land price per buildable sq ft was about HK$2,757 - about 16 per cent higher than a neighbouring site sold a year ago.
