Out shopping

Razzle dazzle

Shourouk jewellery is individually crafted, so no two items are the same. Glitzy and glamorous are the Bee Bee crystal earrings (above right; HK$2,640) while the E Vegas earrings in fuchsia (far right; HK$2,340) will almost certainly attract envious looks. For a style statement, there's the Cheetah cuff (right; HK$3,960) in polished silver. Shourouk is available at Harvey Nichols, The Landmark, Central, tel: 3695 3388.

Right to Chose

Italian designer Michela Casadei has revived the retro look with simply cut, angular and imperial creations for L'autre Chose. The bright yellow leather heel (below; HK$2,040) has an open toe and soft, curvy straps that provide a comfortable and secure fit. The denim sandals crested with a bold yellow rose (bottom; HK$1,980) are lined with leather. A versatile choice for summer, these shoes are great for work both and play. L'autre Chose is available at Harvey Nichols.

Shine on

The clutches in Jimmy Choo's pre-autumn collection are ideal for a night on the town. The champagne-coloured Mini Tube (below left; HK$9,790) would be the perfect accessory for a little black dress. We also like the acrylic Candy clutch in nude (above left; HK$5,550), which, with its angular envelope flap and chain strap, is stylish and easy to carry. Jimmy Choo is at The Landmark, Central, tel: 2525 6068.

Teeing off

This season, Magnan & Tse has introduced bright colours and digital prints derived from photographs. The Hong Kong-based label, founded by Parisians Catherine Magnan and Tse Yuen-man, is known for a modern and feminine aesthetic with slightly sinister undertones. The clothes are intended to swing from day to night, with chic T-shirts being a staple. We like the cute digital-print cotton shift dresses (left; HK$1,550 each) with simple 1960s-inspired shapes. Magnan & Tse is at 15 Aberdeen Street, Central, tel: 2544 8188.
