Go Canada

Vincent Lui is 22 and has been drinking beer for about six years. He would like to see more beer on tap, but thinks Hong Kong has a great selection of bottled beers. 'For me, Granville Island, which is a beer from Canada, is the one I want to see in Hong Kong.'

Leffe field

Chris Lam is 24 but already has a long track record as a beer drinker. 'When I was four, I used to steal beer from my father!' Lam says. He would like to see the Belgian beer, Leffe, more readily available on tap. Lam is impressed with the selection of beers in the city, even if some need more tracking down than others and 'they are very expensive in stores.

But certainly,' Lam adds, 'Hong Kong is a beer city.'

Snow man

Rex Geo is 28 years old and has been drinking beer for five years. Geo thinks the selection of beers in Hong Kong is great but misses one beer unavailable here.

'The one beer I would like to see in the city is Snow, which is of Chinese origin,' says Geo.
