What I'm listening to: Rock 'n' Roll Suicide by David Bowie. It's a feel-good track for all creative people who face deep solitude in their lives. After starting off quietly, it builds up to the refrain of 'You're not alone'. It's beautifully structured, simple and classic.

What I'm reading: Bugen-Dancing Illusion of Noh, a book about Reijiro Tsumura, a Japanese Noh dancer who I met two months ago. It explains how controlling the body can be similar in various traditional dances. We all have the same body structures and using them to express something is universal.

What I'm watching: I don't watch TV. I usually choose information randomly through the internet.

Where I'm surfing: I love Gizmodo for news and information about consumer products, and Vimeo is always great to see videos by creative people who are passionate about sharing.
