There were plenty of sad faces and tears at CD Warehouse in Mong Kok's Langham Place when girl band Hotcha held an autograph-signing session and celebration last week for their latest album.

Band member Regen Cheung is leaving for Sydney this week to further her studies, and the event was the band's last function before her departure. It also coincided with celebrations for Cheung's 23rd birthday.

With the band's fans flooding the venue to show their support, the girls got all emotional. Cheung cried at least twice when her fellow band members Winkie Lai and Crystal Cheung brought her a birthday cake and farewell gifts.
