ASTUTE readers may have noticed that we have been somewhat preoccupied of late with helicopters. Now even Santa is joining in. For our friend Ivor Spencer - provider of butlers to the world's good and great - says a butler employed in the Peak home of a Chinese magnate is getting - via Santa, of course - the gift of helicopter flying lessons. Not as attractive a Christmas gift as the gold watch that a Saudi prince is giving his butler, but at least the helicopter lessons will come in handy when the pilot has his day off.
