A 47-YEAR-OLD Briton believed to be a member of an international syndicate involved in fake passports has been arrested on his return to Hong Kong from the Philippines. While he was away, police searched his bank deposit box and found a .22 revolver, 34 rounds of ammunition, several foreign immigration entry chops and a fake passport.
