Exhibitors return for HK rematch
Since Sports Source Asia (SSA) was launched four years ago, exhibitors keep returning to Hong Kong for the world's premier sporting goods fair.
'We have participated in SSA every year since the first edition in 2007,' says Kenny Lin, international business manager at mainland company Fujian Hongxing Erke Sports Goods.
'The fair can be a good platform for seeking new and qualified buyers and partners, as well as a good opportunity for brand promotion and marketing.'
Matthew Tam, chief marketing officer at Gregory Marketing, says buyer response was overwhelming when the firm attended the fair for the first time last year. 'We received many enthusiastic enquiries from buyers from all parts of Asia and Europe. The positive feedback ensures we are back this year.'
Starla Group produces complete ranges of martial arts equipment and uniforms, boxing equipment and accessories, fitness gloves and belts.
'SSA is one of the finest events for sporting goods and sports fashion,' says managing partner Muhammad Sarwar.

SSA has proved to be effective at generating business, Sarwar says.
