Getting guys to talk about their denims can be almost as intriguing as gals talking shoes.
Canto-pop idol Chau Pak-ho seemed to have a soft spot for jeans. He and model Jennifer Tse Ting-ting were booked for Dutch denim brand G-Star Raw's party on Friday night in Central's Sin Sin gallery.
'Whenever I buy a new pair of jeans, I wear them every day and actually I don't wash them at all,' said Chau. 'I remember I got so mad with my mum when I was younger just because she secretly washed one of my favourite pairs.'
Chau also loved do-it-yourself styles. 'If you scratch your jeans with keys, you can create those really rugged-up effects.'
Not washing your jeans for months can probably do the trick for a grunge look, complete with greasy smell and germs.
Tse, however, said she wasn't addicted to buying jeans but her home collection included more than 200 pairs. Seriously, if that's not an obsession we can only imagine what it is.
