Make-up may only be skin deep, but there's a lot of work that goes into a beauty shoot - whether it's choosing hairstyles, perfecting poses or matching eye shadow and lipstick colours.

For this issue of FACES, Grischa Chan artfully blended a palette of bright metallics from leading brands Shiseido, Estee Lauder, NARS, Le Metier de Beaute and Cle de Peau Beaute, to create bold autumn looks seen on models Alecsa and Carrie Chiu.

Stone Cheng provided the sleek hairstyles, while Ambrose brought the look together to be captured by photographer Nick.
