Sitting alongside a green and serene stretch of the River Thames, Fulham Reach offers London riverside living at its best. Based in an elegant landscaped environment, the prime development boasts apartments with interiors inspired by one of three excusive palettes.

Fulham Reach is in the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and features luxury apartments with two or three bedrooms. Situated on the north bank of the Thames in the heart of the British capital, the area is surrounded by landscaped parkland, a river promenade and private courtyards

The prestigious location provides a dedicated 24-hour concierge and is monitored by CCTV, while residents can enjoy a host of facilities including a private health and fitness centre, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, treatment room, wine storage room, snooker room, shops, bars and a restaurant.

There is everything from a state-of-the-art gymnasium to the latest virtual golf simulator in an exclusive members' lifestyle environment.

Car parking is available on a right-to-park basis and all apartments are fitted with a security video entry-phone system.

Travelling in and around London and into the heart of the capital is easy and convenient, with connections by car, underground, bus or river taxi. Fulham Reach is located in Zone 2 and only a five-minute walk from Hammersmith underground station with its four lines.

The stylish and trendy Sloane Square, King's Road, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and South Kensington are all within easy reach, just eight minutes by underground from South Kensington and 11 minutes from Knightsbridge. It's also the perfect location for shopping in the West End, Harrods and Selfridges.

London is also home to major universities such as Imperial College, King's College London, University College London and the University of London.

Fulham Reach will also be transformed into a thriving destination comprising 744 homes, shops, bars and restaurants.

The water's edge is a perfect place to dine alfresco on a warm summer evening or simply to relax and socialise up and down the river.

The development boasts beautiful open-plan apartments, each with its own private balcony or terrace offering the perfect living space to enjoy the stunning river view.

Each apartment is designed to a high specification with luxury interiors, including custom-designed fitted kitchens, luxurious bathrooms and desirable living spaces.

The development is being overseen by London developer St George. The developers have appointed award-winning international interior design studio Jestico + Whiles to create three exclusive interior design palettes that reflect the tranquil backdrop of the river.

'Inspired by Oscar Wilde, we looked to materials that are reminiscent of the River Thames: shimmering ripples reflecting the sky in all its tones; the rich texture of wood; shining rivulets at low tide; driftwood; the grain of pebbles on the shore and the movement of birds' feathers,' says the design studio.

Each of the three designs has been created to suit individual style and is finished to the highest-quality specification.

The first palate is Harmony, a balance of muted tones and soft textures creating a timeless elegance.

It represents a brisk and fresh early morning breeze that brings a gentle awakening.

Harmony features silver grey timber flooring with a sumptuous silver carpet covering the bedrooms.

The kitchen has a combination of silver timber and white marble, while the bedroom wardrobe doors feature rich leather with dark internal linings and bathrooms finished in Arabescato marble.

The Ochre design is warm, earthy and natural in tone, reflecting cosy and balmy afternoons.

Burnt hues combine with the softness of leather to create the serenity and relaxation of a siesta.

Ochre is clean with contemporary lines. Apartments feature natural timber flooring, while neutral bedroom carpets contrast with taupe leather bedroom wardrobe doors, leading to bathrooms of dark stone and textured natural stone.

The kitchens combine lacquered doors, grey stone worktops and matching stone splashbacks.

Finally there is Nocturne, a dark, sophisticated and luxurious palette giving off a feeling of glamour and drama.

Nocturne shows off the natural fired timber flooring and lavish taupe carpet in the bedrooms.

Kitchens feature a palette of dark stone worktops, splashbacks and complementing high-gloss lacquer doors.

Bedrooms combine beautiful leather wardrobe doors and bathrooms offer a combination of dark stone and textured natural stone.
