Chris Buchholz, CEO, Hongkong Jet

Buchholz will lead Hongkong Jet - the international arm of HNA Group - in expanding its private jet business. Buchholz was previously the CEO of Metrojet, and instrumental in the growth of business aviation in Hong Kong and the region. MIT-trained Buchholz, who is a jet-qualified commercial pilot, is fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese, and French and is a former investment banker with Goldman Sachs and UBS.

Mary Sue Rogers, global managing director of HR managed services, Talent2

Rogers joins Talent2 from IBM's global process services business, where she worked for nine years. She will lead Talent2's payroll, HR advisory and learning businesses and though based in Sydney, will travel extensively in the Asia-Pacific region. 'With market trends shifting towards integration, [Rogers] will take both a strategic and hands-on role,' says Andrew Banks, Talent2's founder and chairman. Rogers has worked in HR for over 25 years.

Mark Thibault, chief operating officer, Hongkong Jet

As COO, Thibault will oversee the delivery of engineering services, maintenance, quality control and flight operations. Prior to joining the firm, Thibault was regional director of engineering product support for Gulfstream and COO for Metrojet in Hong Kong. Thibault's 30-year aviation career started in the US Marine Corps as an F-4 Phantom and F-18 Hornet fighter aircraft plane captain and engineering supervisor.

Stephen Leung, candidate manager, Talent2

Leung specialises in identifying market talent and building relationships with candidates in banking and financial institutions. He has a strong track record in placing senior candidates in compliance, operations and settlement, as well as candidates in product control, trade support and client services. Since joining Talent2, he has successfully placed candidates in positions including head of legal and compliance for a Chinese private equity fund, and head of corporate finance for a Chinese securities firm.

Sabrina Yuan, chief human resources officer, AXA China Region

Yuan will drive the company towards stronger employee commitment and organisational performance through talent acquisition, development and engagement. She will also lead human resources strategy to ensure it is in line with the group's overall business plan and that AXA culture is firmly embedded in the Hong Kong operations. Yuan has more than 14 years of experience in HR management across the technology and FMCG industries in both Hong Kong and the mainland. 'I trust [Yuan's] wealth of experience and track record to deliver,' says Stuart Harrison, CEO of AXA Hong Kong.

Amy Wu, senior consultant, Talent2

Wu brings more than five years of recruitment and executive search experience in the banking and commercial sectors. At Talent2, she recruits for financial institutions, international and national investment banks, asset management and hedge funds. Her focus is on placements within mid- to back-office operations, such as prime brokerage, securities lending and cash management.
