Chan is primarily involved in providing support to agency leaders on various recruitment activities. She has more than 17 years in the insurance industry. She holds a bachelor's degree from York University, Canada, and an MBA degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Head of energy solutions sales, Greater China, Global Markets
Hou, based in Hong Kong, is responsible for leading sales of energy risk management products to corporate clients in the mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and Vietnam. He will work with HSBC's global products and relationship teams to deliver solutions for clients across the region. Hou was previously head of energy marketing for Greater China at Morgan Stanley, where he worked for more than eight years.

Hui is responsible for the development and management of all agency-related initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals. An industry veteran, she has more than 22 years in the insurance and banking industry. She has a bachelor's degree in economics from York University, Canada.

Based at the school's Singapore campus, Choy will head up the executive education department. He will lead a professional services team to design and deliver leadership development solutions for major corporations in the region.

Tan joins from Squadron Capital, where he was an investment director. He brings along more than 16 years of experience in operations and private equity investment. He graduated in accounting, has a master's in business administration and is also a certified public accountant in Australia.

Lee was an investment director at Navis Capital Partners and she has been focusing on Southeast Asian mid-market-buyout private equity investments. She graduated in actuarial and management science and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
Chen is replacing Sandrine Agar Zerbib, who has announced her resignation, as the chief executive and the chairman of the executive committee. As the founder and chairman of the board, he is responsible for the overall corporate strategies, planning and business development of the company and its subsidiaries. Chen has extensive experience in the mainland sporting goods industry. From 1991 to 2005, he was the chief executive of Beijing Li Ning Sports Goods and the executive director of Hong Kong-listed Li Ning.
Global equities client management head
In this new role, Fletcher will work with equities management and regional sales managers to set the direction for the client franchise in equities and help drive other client initiatives. She is currently based in Hong Kong as head of client management for equities for Asia-Pacific and will continue in this role.

As head of the international wealth management business, Febres-Cordero brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry across various markets. He will be responsible for the strategy and development of the business catering to clients outside the United States.
