All smiles

Charity Operation Smile, which provides cleft lip and palate surgery to children worldwide, has teamed up with Hong Kong-based jeweller Liana Sadhwani to create a limited-edition bracelet based on a smile motif. The sterling-silver chain bracelet (above; HK$1,250) is set with diamonds and black spinel. Only 500 bracelets are available and 75 per cent of the proceeds from all sales will go directly to the Operation Smile China Medical Mission. To make an order, which must be placed before Saturday, e-mail lianasadhwani@gmail.com.

Tone it up

Rupert Sanderson's autumn-winter collection embraces this season's trend for strong tonal colours. Ditch the pastel flats for the towering heights of the sleek Halkett red ankle boot (right; HK$8,980), with bullet details on the zip, or the flamboyant bright blue Fandango lace-up ankle boot (above right; HK$7,680). Rupert Sanderson is at 8 On Lan Street, Central, tel: 2530 3391.

Cool case

Is it too soon to draw up a Christmas wish list? If not, then Celine's iPad case (right; HK$24,000) is No 1 on ours. Super sleek and true to the brand's effortless cool, we love the muted colour palette that gives a modern accessory timeless appeal. Celine is in Pacific Place, Admiralty, tel: 2869 4886.

Scale models

There's no need to resort to black and grey just because the temperature is dropping. This winter, Prada dares us to wrap up in the snakeskin coat (above left; HK$88,700), with green fur collar, or the fish-scale plastic jacket in bright yellow (above right; HK$65,700). Prada is in Alexandra House, Central, tel: 2522 2989.
