Charity Operation Smile, which provides cleft lip and palate surgery to children worldwide, has teamed up with Hong Kong-based jeweller Liana Sadhwani to create a limited-edition bracelet based on a smile motif. The sterling-silver chain bracelet (above; HK$1,250) is set with diamonds and black spinel. Only 500 bracelets are available and 75 per cent of the proceeds from all sales will go directly to the Operation Smile China Medical Mission.
