Top bowlers from 30 nations roll up to be the world's best

World-class bowlers from 30 countries and regions will compete in the World Singles Champion of Champions, starting with robin-robin action tomorrow at the Kowloon Bowling Green Club and Kowloon Cricket Club. Men and women singles players will compete in the tournament organised by World Bowls. Hong Kong will be represented by national women's singles champion Li Ming-sum and Grace Chu, who will compete against top bowlers led by world No 1 Jo Edwards of New Zealand and Commonwealth Games gold medallist Siti Zalina Ahmad of Malaysia. The singles finals will be held next Sunday.
