In the science column headlined 'A far-fetched idea that might compute' in the Sunday Morning Post, it should have said: 'The number of computational steps the universe has already executed/calculated since the big bang has been estimated to be approximately 10[to power]120 steps in total so far; that would be - give or take - 10[to power]20 to 10[to power]30 steps/computations for each atom in the universe on average.'
