Isabelle Hung, global head of internal resourcing, Alexander Mann Solutions

Hung will manage a team of 15 resourcing experts across the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. She has over 15 years' experience within the resourcing and recruitment industry. '[Hung] has 360-degree experience across resourcing and will play a central role [in providing] our team with resources and opportunities,' says Rosaleen Blair, CEO, Alexander Mann Solutions.

Max Ng, senior vice-president - development, Interstate China Hotels & Resorts Company

Ng will be responsible for developing new business for the company in Greater China, and will develop the independent hotel management model in the market. 'Ng's hospitality background makes him ideal to build our company's business in China,' says Chris van der Baars, chief operating officer at Interstate China Hotels & Resorts.

Kelvin Leung, CEO - Asia Pacific, DHL Global Forwarding

Building on 2011's positive revenue performance and maximising opportunities in a challenging global economy, DHL Global Forwarding - the air, ocean, road and rail freight specialist of DHL - is bringing together its North and South Pacific regional operations under the leadership of Leung, formerly CEO for North Asia-Pacific. 'DHL Global Forwarding is performing very well in a difficult environment, with excellent first-half results. However, there are significant growth opportunities that we can leverage better, to extend our overall performance,' says Roger Crook, CEO, DHL Global Forwarding. Leung has over 20 years' logistics experience, having joined DHL Global Forwarding in 2002. He will continue to be a member of the Global Forwarding management board.

Franklin Sze, regional director - Hong Kong and Taiwan, Brocade

Prior to joining Brocade, Sze spent six years at Cisco Systems in various regional sales positions. '[Sze's] 23 years of industry sales experience and broad base of contacts will prove invaluable as we expand our footprint,' says Sam Lo, senior director of Brocade Greater China. Based in Hong Kong, Sze is responsible for the overall performance of Brocade, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction in the city and in Taiwan.

Graham Winter, partner, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP

Admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1992, Winter has extensive experience in a range of complex corporate transactions. In addition to his Hong Kong practice, Winter has experience across Asia. He is recognised as a leading practitioner in his areas of practice by various industry publications, including Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Practical Law.

Yi Zhang, partner, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP

Formerly the head of O'Melveny's Hong Kong office, Zhang has a China-focused corporate practice covering a broad range of transactions. He has represented multinational companies, commercial and investment banks, international private equity funds making investments in China, and Chinese companies making outbound investments. Zhang has practised in the local office of O'Melveny since 1999. He received his law degree from the University of Michigan in 1993.
