Well, here it is, Muskehounds, my last column of 2011. It's been a crazy year of travel for this canine cadet - I've visited so many amazing countries, from Greece, Switzerland and Austria to Sri Lanka and South Africa.

I've seen so many things, met so many people, learned about so many cultures and eaten so many different sorts of food. I'm a very privileged pooch.

Tonight I'm off to Cambodia with Leon, the web editor. We're heading to the MTV Exit event in Phnom Penh, which will include a forum, documentary screening and concert. The event is being organised by the music channel to raise awareness of human trafficking, a terrible crime that sadly affects a lot of young people around the world.

I'm hoping to catch a glimpse of US pupstars The Click Five, and K-pup princesses After School, who will be performing at the concert alongside some talented local Cambodian stars. They're lending their voices to this important campaign, and helping to bring a message of hope to youngsters who have been affected by this awful occurrence.

It's going to be a pretty quick, very busy trip - but wouldn't it be awesome if I could visit the beautiful Angkor Wat temple complex (pictured), the country's most famous attraction? Here's hoping.

When I get back, it's all go with Christmas preparations. If you're my friend on Facebook, you might have seen the picture of me overseeing the decoration of the team Christmas tree. That was a lot of fun, even if it did get a bit tiring telling the reporters not to eat all the candy canes.

I also spent most of yesterday sniffing around the presents under the tree. We had our team Christmas dinner, and we'd arranged a Secret Santa. I can't tell you who I bought a gift for, but I'd like to thank my Secret Santa for the big basket of bones I unwrapped!

So I'd better go and finish packing, but I'd like to wish all Young Post readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Stay in touch on Facebook, and I'll see you in 2012!
