SUPPLY MEETS TARGET

The government is to sell five low-density residential sites by tender in the first quarter, providing 430 new homes. They are in Repulse Bay, Clearwater Bay, Peng Chau, Tuen Mun and Ap Lei Chau. Together with projects by West Rail, the Urban Renewal Authority, the Housing Society and private urban-redevelopment projects, more than 20,000 residential units will have been provided, meeting the government's annual target.
