Single starlet learns to be philosophical when it comes to matters of the heart
If anyone could use a little luck in the love and romance department, it's Bernice Liu Bik-yee. While the TVB actress is now single, two of her former boyfriends, fellow TV actors Moses Chan Ho and Hawick Lau Hoi-wai, are happily in love.
This might explain why she was invited to Sunday's promotion at Metro City Plaza. The Tseung Kwan O shopping mall's Lunar New Year display features auspicious fung shui totems and decorations with an emphasis on strong relationships.
The beauty seemed to be in high spirits and wrote a blessing on a pair of scrolls. 'I guess love is destined. You can just let it happen,' she said.
Asked about Lau, who recently announced on his microblog that he was dating mainland actress Yang Mi, Liu said: 'I'm really happy for him. He and Yang make such a great couple. They have my blessings.'
That almost sounded genuine.
