In the story headlined 'When you have the right to take photos' on page C3 yesterday copyright lawyer Kenny Wong's legal firm should have been named as Mayer Brown JSM. The quote from section 40 of the Copyright Ordinance should have read: 'Copyright in a work is not infringed by its incidental inclusion in an artistic work, sound recording, film, broadcast or cable programme.' One of Wong's comments was misquoted. It should have read: 'If someone wants to copy a clothing design using these pictures, then this is intentional [copyright infringement].'
