 Badenach is the  Asia-Pacific banking and capital markets tax leader. Previously, he  was regional head of tax at the Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN Amro. In that role, Badenach  gained experience in  the region on issues affecting clients, on dealings with regional revenue authorities and in mergers and acquisitions activities.
