Andreas Schutz was wishing there were more staying races for his horse's to contest after Super Strike and Eagle Spirit fought out a Class Four (2,000m). Super Strike benefitted from barrier four and being ridden closer by Tye Angland as he won his second straight race in the grade and took his record to four wins from 18 starts. 'I wish there was a different race for each horse,' Schutz said. 'Super Strike needs to be ridden patiently early, but I asked Tye to get him closer today. He might now be in the hands of the handicapper as these types of races don't come along very often.' 'As long a race as we can find for him,' is what Schutz has in mind for Super Strike.
