Derek Leung Ka-chun helped Andy Leung Ting-wah collect his fifth win of the season, but later felt the wrath of stewards when he was outed for two meetings for a careless-riding charge. Leung, the jockey, rode Danesouth to his maiden victory in a Class Five, but was then found guilty of shifting ground on the Paul O'Sullivan-trained Victory General in a Class Four up the Sha Tin straight. He will serve his suspension on the 22 and 26 of this month. Leung, the trainer, was relieved to get a win for the six-year-old Danesouth at start number 26 over 1,800m. 'He is not a super horse, but he is good enough to win in Class Five,' Leung said. 'He likes the longer distances and he can get further than that I think.'
