Relax with a face mask.
There's no need to spend a fortune on beauty products: use the ingredients in your kitchen to make a simple hydrating mask. Using a fork, mash a ripe banana with a tablespoon of honey. Apply all over your face. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Wash off the mask with warm water. Apply a small amount of facial cleanser then wash off. Pat your face dry and apply your usual moisturiser.
Ditch those panda eyes
Dark circles under your eyes may be caused by a lack of sleep, stress, dehydration or an allergy, but you can temporarily get rid of them by popping a cooled, used teabag over each of your closed eyes for 15-20 minutes. The tannin in the teabags helps to remove the puffiness and reduce the appearance of dark circles. If you don't have teabags, a couple of cold teaspoons will also do the trick. Place the back of the teaspoons over your closed eyes and hold them there for 30 seconds.
Take a shower and wash your hair
If you've ever walked in late to a packed classroom, you will have experienced the overpowering odour of smelly socks, sweaty armpits and feet. Don't follow that crowd. Jump in the shower and scrub yourself thoroughly with a mild soap, concentrating on troublesome areas such as armpits, groin and feet. Don't forget to wash your hair with a mild shampoo and conditioner, if you have time.
Use deodorant and antiperspirant
