Nicholas Holt, research manager, Knight Frank Asia Pacific

Annabel Betz, client portfolio director, Invesco Hong Kong
Betz will promote Invesco's Asian investment capabilities to global investors, and further strengthen its leadership position in Chinese equities. She began her career in Hong Kong in 1990 at the Political and Economic Risk Consultancy. From 1992 to 1997, she worked at ING Baring Securities where she became chief regional economist for Asia ex-Japan. She then spent 10 years at Credit Suisse asset management in New York and London as a portfolio manager and economist for emerging markets equities. '[Betz's] appointment is a key step forward in the implementation of our global growth strategy. It also underscores the importance we place on Chinese equities,' says Anna Tong, regional head of investments, Asia Pacific, Invesco Hong Kong.
Benny Yang, national director - head of commercial services, Knight Frank Shanghai
Yang will be responsible for leading the firm's commercial services team in Shanghai, working closely with managing director Graham Zink, to help clients add value to their real estate decisions. He is a seasoned real estate professional with 17 years of experience in the industry. Yang brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge about the China market that will be integral to leading Knight Frank's tenant representation team.
Peter Zhang, director - commercial services, Knight Frank Shanghai
Zhang brings with him more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry in China. Working collaboratively with Benny Yang, head of the commercial services team, Zhang will be responsible for continuing to strengthen the tenant representation team, developing real estate solutions for major corporate clients.
