Gnaegi has held several senior management positions at Kempinski Hotel. He joined Marco Polo Hotels in 2010 as hotel manager of the Gateway Hotel, Hong Kong. At the Marco Polo Changzhou, he will oversee its pre-opening activities. He was previously the hotel manager of Kempinski Hotel Baltschug Moscow in Russia.

Based in Hong Kong, McNicholas will lead sales strategy for hedge fund servicing, real estate and private equity operations. He joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was most recently director of financing sales for global markets financing and futures, Asia-Pacific.

Ma joins from Winston & Strawn. He is experienced in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations, related US court litigation, and disputes at the WTO. He has also assisted in foreign direct investment in China, competition policy and export control. Ma is admitted in New York and District of Columbia.

Based in Singapore, Chia joins from Amundi, where he was the head of fixed income and currencies. He previously worked at companies such as DBS Asset Management, OCBC, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Standard Chartered. Chia brings with him 24 years' experience in Asian and global fixed income markets.
