HONG KONG - Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen appeared in Legco yesterday to answer questions about his relations with several tycoons. It has been rumoured he may have received some advantages from certain wealthy people. He apologised for his mistakes and said he would no longer rent the flat in Shenzhen, owned by property tycoon Wong Cho-bau, which seemed to be at a bargain price. Tsang also said he meets so many people it would be impossible to let the public know all their names.
