Developers are expected to have released more than 2,000 new units in the first three months of this year, about 25 per cent more than the same period last year, according to Hong Kong Property. Kowloon has more than 1,000 units in projects such as The Coronation by Sino Land and Chatham Gate by Sun Hung Kai Properties, while the New Territories has more than 700 units, with projects such as Cheung Kong's Festival City.
