What's your academic background?

I graduated from the University of Guelph in Markham, Toronto, with a major in business administration and economics.

How do you start your day?

I update myself on the financial news and international issues while watching TV during my breakfast.

What does your job entail?

Setting company goals, managing and making business decisions based on long-term interests.

What are the major challenges you've encountered so far?

Locating active investors who are able to help in expanding our client base. If we can attract these investors and help them expand their business to the mainland, we are able to raise our competitiveness.

Another challenge is maintaining the confidence of clients whenever there are market fluctuations and significant international events.

We have to build client confidence and minimise their risks in investing, which is never easy to do.

What are your career plans? My current plan is to expand our business by enhancing the development of both local and foreign projects, and getting talented individuals to join us.
