Guests try their hand at designing their own customised Ferragamo watches
Watch-lovers and fashionistas crowded into the Salvatore Ferragamo store in Kowloon's Harbour City for the unveiling of the F-80, a unique, customisable timepiece.
The new watch, the first of its kind and part of Ferragamo's latest Colour On Time collection, can be tweaked by customers using an iPad app.
They can select up to four colours for the stones in the bezel, and choose the colour of the band and style of the second hand.
Guests took their time inspecting the new collection and even had a chance to try their hand at designing their own watches.
On an interactive screen that responded to the gestures of the user, a customer could select a unique watch design based on the person's zodiac sign.
Hong Kong model Jennifer Tse Ting-ting graced an evening cocktail party after the reception. She was joined by Timex luxury division president Paolo Marai as they presented the Colour On Time collection to an eager crowd of more than 150.
The event effectively kicked off a world tour for the new line, which will now make stops at flagship stores throughout Asia and around the world.
