To give young people a better understanding of the law and help them become responsible citizens, the University of Hong Kong's Law and Technology Centre has launched a legal information website (youth.clic.org.hk).

It provides free legal information on more than 60 offences and legal issues concerning youngsters. Visitors can learn about legal issues on a wide range of offences, such as internet crimes, school bullying and shoplifting.

Legal information is presented in a question and answer format, with answers written in plain language.

Online videos illustrate crime scenarios based on true cases to help visitors learn about legal issues.
