Tina Green dazzles with crystal collection
Forty years after his death, two of Bruce Lee's siblings reminisce about their famous brother's life and a legacy that is inspiring a whole new generation of fighters. Jo Baker reports.
Tina Green may be Britain's wealthiest woman, but that doesn't stop her from working hard. Her latest venture is a collaboration with French crystal maker Lalique, for which she has designed a collection of limited-edition and numbered pieces.
The South African-born businesswoman and wife of British retail tycoon Philip Green - best known as the man behind the Topshop fashion chain - was in town on Tuesday to celebrate the opening of Lalique's first homeware store in Asia, in Duddell Street, Central.
She refused to discuss Topshop but admitted that she would like to see a large branch open in Hong Kong, where she lived for 13 years. A mother of four, Green said proudly: 'My youngest child is today launching her shoes collection, CJG [Chloe Jade Green], in London for Topshop. So I'm here, she's there. That's got to be good luck.'
